How Not to be a Prick With Your Hidden Spy Cameras

In today’s world nearly run by electronic gadgets, hidden cameras are one of the many anywhere, anytime tools that can be used to spy on your target, and anyone could easily use one. You don’t need to be a spy agent to own a spy cam especially now that cameras are quite cheap. A covert camera worth only $50 can record an excellent video footage and can last for years if we ll maintained.

Just like when they say drink responsibly; that also applies to you when using a hidden spy camera. Below are 5 points on how not to annoy the hell out of people with your spycams.

1.    Blackmail Hurts. Avoid it like a Plague

Don’t threaten or blackmail innocent people with your camera. Many people will be very offended by this, which could eventually be dangerous for you. When animals get pushed to the wall, they turn around and attack just to save themselves. It’s the same with humans.

The person you’re spying on might decide return the favor by physically assaulting you. Even if you’re spared, you might not be quite lucky for long. Threat and blackmail could send you to court and jail, giving you a fine, time, and your name on file. Innocent people are innocent so leave them alone and don’t threaten or blackmail them!

2.    Honor the Code of Privacy

Don’t use your hidden spy camera to invade someone’s privacy. Especially if they are not aware of it, did not consent to it. You might think it’s cool to watch people’s vulnerable, embarrassing, private, and intimate moments; however it is morally wrong and most likely legally wrong. You could get in a lot of trouble doing, and have people hate and not trust you. Respect people’s privacy, before you end up in jail without any personal privacy.

3.     Avoid Nudity Pranks

Hopefully, you’re not one of those people who thinks it’s cool to post obscene and secretly recorded videos of other people on Internet. Once again, it’s morally and legally wrong. Even if you’re doing it as a prank, it is nearly impossible to remove that video once posted on the Internet especially if it goes viral. Anyone can copy or download it, then save and send it to other sites for other people to do the same.

You just ruined someone’s life with your negligence. You also could have ruined yours if they seek legal action against you. What if they took a video of you doing something that would completely humiliate or embarrass you then posted it on the Internet for the entire world to see. Is that how you want to be remembered? Most likely not, well neither do your victims want to be remembered for one nasty video of them going viral! It’s nothing but cyber-bullying.

4.     Restricted Places Are No! No!

Don’t use your hidden spy camera in restricted areas that need privacy. Avoid taking spy cams to business meetings, public baths, and all such other places. Also, recording drug dealers on the street could get you mobbed up. Capturing that information and the identities of those involved might be very dangerous for you and you might even be killed to silence you.

5.     Respect Intimate Moments

Don’t use your hidden spy camera while having sexual intimacy with a person who isn’t aware or consent to being recorded. Don’t record such videos or sell them as adult film video. That is illegal, and won’t be worth the money you make doing it. It is very morally wrong too, especially since you’ll be ruining someone’s identity for the rest of his/her life.

It may take some time for them to figure it out, but when they do your going to be in jail for a while. That might not be the end of it either legally; perhaps they will sue, get a restraining order on you, and whatever else. Just don’t do it, have the common sense to find someone who is willing to do that with you.

Overall, hidden spy cameras can be good but can also be used for many evil ways. So many if not all of them are illegal, so don’t do these things because it is the right thing to do and it is not worth the penalties.
