1. When set email alarm, firstly need to activate the SMTP and POP function on email account. Security connection match the Wifi router, the both should be SSL/TLS, or STARTTLS.
2. About wireless connection, if any problem, please check the suggestion as follows:
1>Check router WiFi SSID if it was covered and enable SSID broadcast.
2>Check the encryption mode and encryption type was setted manually, if not, change it to manual setup. the Wifi rate of router was 2.4G rate, IP camera Wifi does not support 5G rate.
3>Check if unplug network cable quickly and reset kits after completing camera Wifi setup, (normal step: Save wifi setup, reset camera and unplug the network cable)
